All hours is carefully calculated and fully utilised to maximum benefit and capacity. There will be no unnecessary wasting of time or charging of hours that have not been used. Total transparency at all times from both sides as I am here to help solve problems, not to play games. Absolute privacy and discretion are applied and guaranteed at all times. Whatever your case needs may be, and they are as unique and uncommon as might be imagined, always keep in mind that mostly they go hand in hand with a measure of trauma and loss. Therefore I commit to give 100% and my absolute best and most impactful effort to each case and to you personally. I need all of your trust and you’ll get all of my assistance and guidance as well as the most protection available to call upon. My formidable team is growing by the day and there is nothing that we cannot do!
INDIVIDUAL:

Individual cases can be tackled head on per case as it arises. My rate is R650 per hour.

However, due to clients neglecting to prioritise paying their accounts with me during December 2024 there will unfortunately no longer be accounts opened.

Estimates/Quotations willl be submitted for your approval, detailing the entire plan of action and steps involved.

If you are in agreement, you simply sign your quotation off, make upfront payment and the rest you leave to me and my team.
Important notes:
1) If the client does not commit and invest from the word GO, I already know there will be issues with payment at the end. Let’s prevent a disaster and do straightforward mutually beneficial business and build on long term business relationships instead. This will make us stronger and harder to challenge.
2) Initial operational costs include an in-depth investigation which I do myself, in cooperation with the SAPS which provide me with pivotal information such as criminal records, informant information, or other colleagues that might already be aware of who I am investigating will put in their information and advice. This type of cooperation ensures legally accurate procedures and actions that are factually correct and hugely effective. The collection of information is a job carrying great responsibility and care is needed in spades. This takes time. Information is a currency, and it is extremely expensive. BUT the capabilities of my current team are so advanced and effective that you will struggle to believe what they can pull off until you see it with your own eyes.
3) This includes all the Legal Advice and Assistance you may need until the end of your case. We will navigate through whatever we need to face together privately and patiently within the boundaries of the Law and safety parameters as best we can provide.
Because of the few the rest will unfortunately have to also endure the changes in my rules of engagement and as a result of that, no work will commence unless I have received official and clear instructions to proceed & upfront payment.
ITS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT:

Various services are available and will be discussed privately as is needed per case. THERE IS NOTHING WE CANNOT DO!

Information is extremely expensive, and my Company has been vetted to have access to comprehensive personal and sensitive reports of all kinds, depending on necessity and budget. This option must not be applied recklessly as we do not wish to harm people, simply to ensure we are properly informed and positioned in order to determine the best and most effective course of action to achieve our desired end result.

Blacklisting services are available for all unpaid debt as well as Industry Specific issues such as Non-Payment of Services Requested and Rendered, Cancellation Fees and/or Non-Payment of Services as per the Agreement between Agent and Model. These are but a few examples really. The extent of my reach is exponential and will be explained as needed.

My services are available to Individuals (both women and men) and Companies. Proper procedures will be implemented from beginning to end, thereby ensuring validity and ultimate success.

Default listings, also called NOTICE OF ADVERSE LISTING, will only be removed once the unpaid debt has been settled in full.

The fees and disbursements are payable regardless of the result unless a contingency fee agreement was signed between the legal practitioner and the client. Where a success fee contingency fee agreement has been signed, the rates and fees set out in this agreement will be regarded as the normal fees for the purpose of calculating the cap on the success fee.

Should the client withdraw from the matter, or for any reason terminate the mandate of the firm, the client will still be legally bound for all costs and disbursements incurred before the matter was withdrawn or the mandate was terminated. Such amounts will be due immediately on withdrawal and/or termination. The client also realizes that should he/she/it withdraw from the matter or terminate the mandate a costs order may be made against him/her/it in favour of the opponent or other parties.
